With more than 22 years of experience, Dina is currently an Area Vice President within Gallagher Benefit Services. In this role, Dina works closely with organizations to understand what it takes to become a Destination Employer in their industry, attract and retain top talent, and maximize their benefits spend. She leverages the breadth and depth of Gallagher’s data, insights and expertise to develop competitive human capital programs together with employers – empowering their employees to succeed, which in turn, has a significant impact on business outcomes.
Previously, Dina was a Director of Client Management at Buck Consultants, a Xerox company. She provided consultative and strategic leadership, and overall account oversight for deployment of clients’ employee benefits offerings and other human resource needs. Just prior to joining Buck Consultants, Dina spent time at Compass Professional Health Services as a Consultant Market Executive – working with employers on transparency solutions, and at American Well Corporation as a Vice President of Enterprise Accounts – working with employers, health plans and health systems on strategy and deployment of their telehealth solutions.
Dina also worked at Aetna National Accounts for eight years in two different roles: Vice President of Sales and Client Management – responsible for business development, client specific strategy planning, working with a team of Account Executives, and overall membership growth in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware – and Senior Account Executive – responsible for the development, launch, and growth of Aetna’s “Hospital Customer Segment,” including the overall management of a book of hospital and corporate accounts in the Metro NY and Northern NJ Market.
Prior to joining Aetna, Dina had been with UnitedHealthcare for seven years serving as Strategic Account Executive for National Accounts, Account Manager for Major Accounts, Director of Network Management for New York and New Jersey, and Manager of Provider Relations for The New York State Empire Plan. In 2003, her leadership skills were recognized and she was appointed to the 2003 North Division’s Management Advisory Group.
Prior to joining UnitedHealthcare, Dina held positions in Network Management and Provider Relations for both HIP of New York and MultiPlan, Inc.
Dina is currently a Steering Member for Financial Executives International (FEI) – NJ Chapter, and Health & Wellness Committee Member for Morris County Chamber of Commerce (MCCC) in NJ. She formerly held a Board of Directors position for the Association of Hispanic Healthcare Executives (AHHE).
Dina earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Bloomfield College. She resides in New Jersey and enjoys spending time with her niece and nephews.
