Eric Wallace

in October 2015. He is focused on originating, leading and executing merger and acquisition transaction advisory services, capital raising transactions and strategic advisory services for middle-market clients and prospects across the Southeast. He advises and works closely with family and founder-owned businesses on mergers and acquisitions, capital alternatives, business valuation and business strategy.
Eric has served clients and completed transactions across a variety of industries including, but not limited to, environmental services, specialty food manufacturing, consumer products, distribution, logistics / transportation and specialty trade companies. He is passionate about helping clients achieve their personal and business goals and objectives. Eric is also responsible for building and expanding relationships with private equity firms, family offices, accounting firms and law firms.
Prior to joining the firm, Eric worked in the securities industry as a wholesaler for Jackson National Life in Denver, CO. There he supported and managed the variable annuity sales and advisor relations for the Dallas-Fort Worth territory. He also has experience in the insurance and business services industries.
Eric earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from The University of Tennessee. He is a CFA charterholder and holds his Series 7, 63 and 79 Licenses. Eric calls Knoxville, TN, home and enjoys spending time with his young kids, golf, mountain biking and everything Tennessee Vols in his free time.
