Kyla has been with SageView RPC since 1998 and prior to joining the firm was Vice President of Trust and Employee Benefits at First American Bank. Her other professional experience includes benefit software programming, retirement plan administration, and client technical support for Booke & Company of Winston-Salem (now AON Consulting), and Corporate Compensation and Benefits Manager for Plasti-Line, Inc.

She is Past President of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries and Past President of the American Retirement Association. Kyla’s responsibilities include assisting with plan design, mergers and acquisitions, and fiduciary and administrative compliance. As a member of SageView’s Consulting Team, which Is made up of actuaries, attorneys and other specialists throughout SageView, she is a national resource for technical plan knowledge and a consultant for special projects (IRS and DOL corrections and audits, plan self-audits, specialized contribution calculations)
