Eric D. Reuther is a Director within the Investment Banking Group. He has extensive investment banking and corporate finance experience, including mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, capital raising, and strategic advisory. Mr. Reuther is familiar with all aspects of equity and debt products including senior debt, high-yield bonds, convertibles, mezzanine & privately placed debt, public equity offerings and private equity investments. He has successfully sourced and executed M&A transactions including buy and sell side, private equity acquisitions and divestitures, corporate carve-outs and LBOs & MBOs.
Mr. Reuther has significant experience working with companies serving the aerospace & defense industry, and has additional expertise across the security, transportation and general industrial sectors, working with public companies, private companies and financial sponsors.
Mr. Reuther is a skilled communicator and negotiator, and regularly publishes industry newsletters and speaks at conferences and to industry groups. He is a staunch advocate for clients’ interests even during the most challenging circumstances, and is known for bringing creativity to corporate finance and working with clients to navigate challenging circumstances.
Mr. Reuther is married with two children, and is an international travel and aviation enthusiast. He is also an Eagle Scout and Cub Scout volunteer.
