Jared Jensen is a corporate partner with global law firm DLA Piper. He represents both public and private high technology, education, retailing, manufacturing, industrial and financial services companies in connection with their merger and acquisition, financing, joint venture, SEC reporting and corporate governance needs. Prior to law school, Jared was corporate tax advisor with a big four accounting firm. He has a JD and MBA from the University of Virginia and Masters and Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting from BYU.
