Michael Glennon

Special Agent (SA) Glennon is a 17 year veteran with the FBI, currently assigned to the Detroit Division responsible for the Private Sector and Academia programs.  Prior to his current appointment, SA Glennon oversaw the Crimes Against Children and Human Trafficking programs and was a founding member and co-creator of the Southeast Michigan Trafficking and Exploitation Crimes (SEMTEC) Task Force . During his tenure in that role from 2004 to 2020, SA Glennon was responsible for the recovery of over 2,000 child victims of exploitation. 
 
In addition to his primary responsibilities, SA Glennon was an operator within the Detroit Division Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) Unit, and Detroit FBI Crisis Manager and Undercover Operations Coordinator.
 
SSA Glennon holds undergraduate degrees in both Finance and Economics and a Master’s in Business Administration.  Prior to his appointment with the FBI he served in the U.S. Army for six years and upon completion of service he worked as an International Finite Risk Manager in San Francisco, California.
