Nicole Hill Smidt is a Vice President and Regional Director for Robert Half, the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm. She oversees the Management Resources practice throughout the greater Los Angeles area, Arizona and Utah, providing top-tier talent for interim and project-based roles in accounting, finance, audit, tax, and business systems. Nicole has been with Robert Half since 2013 and has extensive industry experience, having previously held roles as controller and accounting manager in the healthcare sector. Nicole is a graduate of the USC Marshall School of Business.
