Born, raised and educated entirely in Boston, Brian Welch is a 29 year commercial banker. He is currently SVP, Team Leader with Eastern Bank where he focuses on establishing relationships with public REITs and private equity funds focused on commercial real estate locally and nationally. Prior to that he worked for various other financial institutions in similar roles, most notably as SVP, Team Leader at TD Bank for 15 years where he managed a team focused on establishing relationships with public REITs and private equity funds. Brian is also a 7-year board member of Dorchester Bay EDC where he currently serves as Treasurer of the board and co-chairs the real estate and finance committees.
