Raffi serves Bay Area technology clients with a focus on listed filers as well as private equity and venture-capital backed privately held companies contemplating potential initial public offering. He has 14 years of public accounting experience, providing audit and consulting services to both public and privately held companies.
Prior to joining RSM, Raffi was with a Big Four firm where he served large multinational Fortune 1000 companies. His industry experience includes clients in the software, technology, manufacturing retail and gaming industries.
He is a firm subject matter on IFRS and has facilitated several training courses on technical accounting topics, including several sessions of U.S. standards training for component auditors. Additionally, Raffi recently completed a three-year secondment in Germany.
