Iyaye is a senior manager in the technical accounting consulting group within RSM’s assurance practice. He has over eight years of experience providing advisory and consultation services to large complex global organizations (both publicly traded and privately held organizations) in the following areas:
- Operational and complex accounting (including researching, analyzing and drafting technical memos)
- Financial reporting (including drafting 10-K and 10-Q statements, and IFRS financial statements)
- Finance integration (including integrating close and consolidation groups within the Controllership organization during acquisitions); and
- Project management (including project planning, project execution, project close out, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and mentoring staff).
He has deep experience with both U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles ("U.S. GAAP") and International Financial Reporting Standard ("IFRS").
