Sean Shepard has served as CFO of Kroger’s Dallas Division since 2015. He leads the regional accounting team and is responsible for budgeting, reporting, financial forecasting, capital programs, and store audit and cash control functions.
He joined Kroger in 2008 at the Cincinnati corporate office as an Internal Auditor and served as the Assistant Controller of the Mid-Atlantic Division of Kroger, responsible for the financials for the stores in Virginia, West Virginia, and North Carolina.
Sean graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio in 2008 with a BS in Business/Finance, and obtained his CPA certification in 2011.
