Allison received a calculator from her parents as a Christmas present in the third grade and it was all down hill from there. Allison graduated from Butler University with a B.S. in Accounting. With a childhood goal of having a fancy office with a name plate and multiple initials after her name, Allison
completed her CPA license and later received her MBA from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. A product of public accounting for four years, Allison later went on to spend several years with the City of Las Vegas working in healthcare before finding her true passion- the gaming industry. In 2006, Allison began what is currently a 17-year career in gaming. Allison started with MGM Resorts in Las Vegas and spent seven years doing financial reporting, corporate finance transactions, foreign subsidiary consolidations, finance transformations and other projects. In 2013, Allison broke free from corporate accounting and moved into her first property-level position as Vice President of Accounting & Finance for Aria, Mandarin Oriental, Vdara and Crystals. In 2016 Allison
was awarded her first CFO position at Circus Circus and later went on to be the CFO at The Mirage and here in Boston at Encore Boston Harbor. Currently, Allison works for a boutique gaming company called ECL Entertainment at their two New Hampshire properties and will be part of the opening team for their new property, opening later next year. Allison lives in Saugus with her beloved dog Lucy and has finally acclimated to the weather in New England. Allison is a huge fan of the Celtics and the Red Sox, but will always love her Vegas Golden Knights too.
