Mr. Michael DeLuke

Mr. DeLuke is a member of Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Advisory Services business. He has more than two decades of professional services and valuation experience in the healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and energy industries.

Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. DeLuke was a manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Standard & Poor’s corporate value consulting practice, where his valuation assignments addressed acquisitions, divestitures, fairness opinions, corporate planning, purchase price allocations, and financial advisory. Earlier, he worked for several years at another accounting firm, performing business valuations and providing tax and audit services.

Mr. DeLuke holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Baylor University, a master’s degree in Taxation from Baylor University, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Texas and holds the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) credential.

Mr. DeLuke is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He was also a member of the Financial Accounting Standard Board’s Valuation Resource Group, which identified and helped resolve fair-value measurement issues.
