Kenya Padilla is a Senior Vice President and Director with the management resources practice at global talent solutions firm, Robert Half. She has been with the firm for over 16 years and specializes in placing senior-level finance and accounting consultants in the Tampa Bay area. Kenya has consistently ranked among the top producers in the world in her specialization and prides herself on providing excellent customer service to her clients and consultants.
Prior to receiving her finance degree at Indiana University – Kelly School of Business, she served in the US Navy as an Aviation Electronic Technician on the F-14 Tomcat. For the past 5 years, Kenya has sat on the Executive Board of Directors for a local nonprofit, Heels to Heal, where she enjoys fundraising and putting on fashion shows. Heels to Heal provides one-on-one counseling to survivors of domestic violence. She enjoys going to the beach, golfing, working out, shuffleboarding, watching sports, and spending time with her friends, family, and her dog Sophie.
