Laura Sehres provides strategic thought leadership and serves as a key advisor to PSCU leadership and financial institutions on how to best embed DEI practices to improve organizational performance. Laura architected PSCU’s long-term DEI strategy and developed a DEI accountability framework to accelerate DEI impact and business results. Through her work, she has effectively positioned PSCU as a DEI industry leader.
As a change agent, Laura works across the organization to optimize organizational culture through psychological safety and conscious inclusion, align the organization’s DEI goals with business outcomes and enable PSCU to respond to external changes or issues that affect organizational culture, employees or clients.
Laura also drives accountability and transparency for a diverse workforce, particularly at leadership levels, and seeks to positively impact employee sentiment around DEI.
