Chad Leibundguth is a District President for global talent solutions firm Robert Half. Based in Tampa, he oversees operations throughout Florida and Louisiana. Chad began his career with Robert Half in 1999 as a staffing manager. He later became a branch manager and a business consultant before being promoted into his current role in 2019. Prior to beginning his career in staffing, Chad spent five years in the banking industry.
Chad is considered a local expert on the staffing industry, commenting on recruiting practices, hiring trends, and other workplace issues. He attended University of Southern Indiana and graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration and finance with a minor in economics. When he’s not working, Chad and enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.
