With more than 16 years of captive insurance experience and 20 years of accounting experience, Jason takes a consultative and solutions-based to captive management. He provides innovative solutions for clients through an understanding of their needs and market forces, delivering services designed to add value.
Jason began his career as a financial auditor with a regional audit practice in England and moved to Bermuda in 1998 to begin his career in captive management. He joined Beecher Carlson as a client executive in 2001, managing a portfolio of large profile clients. He served his clients’ accounting and regulatory needs, as well as providing them with structural captive consulting. Following a move to Hawaii to manage the local office, Jason moved to Denver in 2007 to run all of Beecher Carlson’s captive operations.
Jason is a graduate of Bath University, England, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in economics. He is also an English Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter. Jason is a frequent speaker at RIMS, CICA, HCIC, and WCF. He has also spoken at VCIA and other trade conferences.
