Amy Grubbs, CPA, is an Executive Director in Ernst & Young LLP’s Assurance practice and has over 20 years of experience with a focus on serving private companies. Amy has led audits of multinational companies and has an extensive background assisting clients with complex accounting and financial reporting issues, such as acquisition and divestiture transactions, debt and equity transactions, asset impairments. Amy’s industry focus includes family-owned retail and consumer product companies. Amy also serves as a regional private company audit methodology leader for Ernst & Young LLP. Amy received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Michigan State University.
