Clyde Hosein brings more than 30 years of finance, engineering and operational experience to Automation Anywhere in his role as chief financial officer. Clyde is responsible for the finance, legal, IT, and facilities functions worldwide. Prior to joining Automation Anywhere, he held chief financial officer positions at RingCentral, Marvell Technology Group, IDTI, and Candescent Technologies. Hosein was also the chief operating officer at Marvell for a period. Earlier in his career, Clyde held various engineering, operations and finance positions at IBM.
Hosein is a highly regarded executive in the technology industry and is well-known by the investment community. He was named by Institutional Investor as one of the top three CFOs in the semiconductor industry from 2010 to 2012, before leaving that industry to join the SaaS industry. Hosein also sits on the board of directors of Cree, Inc.—a publicly traded company that develops and manufactures LED and semiconductor products.
