Christin has been working in restaurants since she was 19. Starting in the front of the house, she quickly realized she preferred the kitchen. She worked under a Florence-trained chef at the pasta shop Rosario Pino's, learning to make traditional pastas and sauces. Most recently, Christin teaches cooking classes at the Rochester Brainery, bringing her love of food culture to students. She loves sharing her passion for food, and wants everyone to be able to cook what they crave!
