She joined ConnectPoint Search Group with over a decade of experience in a creative business background and four years of experience in the staffing industry, so she knows the challenges that ConnectPoint Search Group’s Recruiters and clients face in bringing top talent into an organization and how to implement creative marketing to lead the company in the market. Dauterman also plays an integral part in the cultural development at ConnectPoint Search Group, organizing events and activities that enrich the team’s experience and has been fondly dubbed as the company’s “Purveyor of Fun!”
She has a bachelor’s degree in Design from California State University, Sacramento.
