Erin Walberg is the Talent Acquisition Program Manager, responsible for the strategy and execution of the corporate-wide university relations program at Huntington Bank, the $109 billion asset regional bank holding company headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. In her role, she manages a team responsible for recruitment, management and execution of the university relations strategy, partnering with and building solid relationships with career services teams at universities and colleges, and developing intern talent by leveraging career coaching tactics and relationship building.
A financial services veteran of more than 18 years, Erin joined Huntington in 2011 as an HR Coordinator and Diversity and Inclusion Specialist; most recently she was an HR Project Specialist on the Consumer & Business Banking HR team. In this role she served as the HR Business Partner for Segment Risk, the East Area and East Michigan. Prior to Huntington, Erin held roles at Synovus Bank and a small family owned bank in Michigan.

Erin received her Bachelor of Art degree in Communications in 2006 from Western Michigan University. She and her family reside in Powell, Ohio.
