CEO and president of Nugget Market, Inc., Eric Stille is a fourth generation grocer dedicated to offering a unique, downhome yet progressive grocery experience to the greater Sacramento Valley, Marin County and, most recently, Sonoma Valley. Nugget Markets has been family owned and operated since the first store opened in Woodland, California in1926 and is known for a strong culture of spirited fun, camaraderie, family-oriented support and servant leadership. When Eric took the helm in 1990, he brought with him bold innovation, strong community outreach and significant local expansion. Nugget Markets has been recognized on FORTUNE Magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work For" list for 11 consecutive years, ranking #13 in 2016. Eric attributes this honor to the topnotch team of positive and talented associates and their commitment to world-class service. Eric is a graduate of Santa Clara University with a degree in finance and an emphasis in management. He is married to Kate Stille and they have three adult children.
