Bill Conron is a tax partner with more than 20 years of experience providing tax consulting and compliance services. Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman in 2009, Bill worked for two Big Four accounting firms.
Bill advises individuals and emerging companies to mid-sized business in the financial services, private equity, hedge fund, real estate, technology, and manufacturing and distribution industries.
As a tax specialist, Bill provides a wide range of services to his clients, including tax compliance, tax provisions, and entity selection and structuring. With a deep expertise in business consulting, he has helped a number of business owners with planning for successful exits and new business acquisitions. Bill is also highly experienced in working with clients on the tax impact of their transactions to help maximize the net cash from sales, as well as in modeling and planning to show the effect taxes have on a transaction.
