Duane DesParte was sworn in as a Board Member of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board in April 2018, after serving for 15 years at Exelon Corporation, including 10 years as senior vice president and corporate controller with chief accounting officer responsibilities. He previously spent 18 years in the audit assurance business, serving as an audit partner at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte. Mr. DesParte graduated with highest honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a B.S. in accountancy.
