He assists clients in complex M&A transactions, nexus studies, and taxability analyses, and has represented Fortune 1000 companies in refund recovery and audit defense projects resulting in multi-million dollars in tax savings. His in-depth knowledge of multiple industries and multi-state sales and use tax laws has been instrumental in identifying new market opportunities. Prior to joining Moss Adams, Mo worked for Big Four and regional firms. His roles at these firms included leading regional sales and use tax recovery projects and implementing a sales and use tax compliance practice.
