Chapter Leader Workshop: If Not You, Who? How to Crack the Code of Member Disengagement

According to the Harvard Business Review, “Acquiring a new customer is anywhere from five to 25 times more expensive than retaining an existing one.” For this reason, it’s in your best interest to keep FEI members engaged, so you can connect with them and deliver on the value they expected when they joined your chapter. How do you inspire members to get off the sidelines, get into the game, and stay?

Join fellow Chapter leaders as we welcome author of the best-selling book, If Not You, Who? Cracking the Code of Employee Disengagement, Jill Christensen. During this session Jill will share proven strategies to keep people engaged and build a relationship that lasts, ensuring that FEI thrives for years to come.
