FEI’s Chapter Leader Workshops (CLWs) are designed to provide Leaders with important updates on FEI programs and services and a forum to exchange best practices for overall success within key Chapter functions and open dialogue with similar sized Chapters.
These virtual sessions are scheduled to allow for meaningful exchanges within large groups. The Workshop series will kick-off with a Leadership Council Update and a session where Chapters will present some of their innovative “pandemic pivots”. There will be two sessions offered on Key Chapter Functions, followed by a sharing session for Chapter Best Practices by Tier.

Sacramento’s early pivot to virtual programming and engagement of their Sponsors as part of the pivot highlights how the Board came together, shedding “traditional” Board roles with everyone rolling up their sleeves to keep things moving. Doing so aided in keeping Board communication at an all-time high so decisions could be made quickly.
