September Leader Town Hall: Chapter Model Task Force Update & Road Map

In November 2022, the FEI Chapter Model Task Force was formed. In conjunction with a third-party facilitator, Mariner Management, the purpose of the Task Force was to conduct a full assessment of FEI's Chapter system and provide recommendations to enhance the strategic alignment around our One FEI strategy and the performance of our Chapters.
 
During this presentation, David Burke, Task Force Co-Chair, and former FEI Chicago President will share roadmap recommendations determined in Phase I, as well as the next steps for Phase II.  If you were unable to attend the initial presentation at this year's Leader Day in Nashville (in conjunction with FEI’s Financial Leadership Summit), your participation is greatly encouraged.
