The Total Capital Management™ Professional Course

January 12, 2022 - March 16, 2022

40 CPE CREDITS IN MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Transform yourself from an intradisciplinary financial leader into an interdisciplinary Total Capital Management (TCM) professional equipped to be a strategic asset producing sustainable competitive advantage to your firm.

This TCM Professional Course (TCMPC) will take teams of participants through an action and principle-based curriculum presenting systems-level learning and real-world business challenges developed in group activities and projects supported by the instructor, Mark W. Sickles, Chief Executive Officer of SuperOrg, Inc. Navigating the interrelationship between system, function, and position, participants will achieve breakthrough improvements transforming their real-life work in ways that transform the work of other colleagues within their organization to produce levels of performance conventional wisdom considers impossible.

Integrated with the lecture-based learning and group activities is training in the effective utilization of a SaaS application that makes the paradigm shift in thought and action from intradisciplinary to interdisciplinary possible. Participants will develop the technical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills needed to thrive and prosper as TCM professionals and Chief Capital Officers today, and potentially, as CEOs and board directors in the future.

This course equips participants to build and manage organizations in which all types of capital earn more than they cost, producing sustainable returns superior to those produced by alternative investments of comparable risk.
