About the speakers:
Luana Anderson, Travel & Corporate Card Program Manager at EQUINIX, started as their Accounts Payables Supervisor and moved into a Travel Manager role two years ago. She was responsible for creating monthly travel spend and policy compliance reports. After analyzing the data, she figured out they were not using their travel management company to assist with the travel spend and policy compliance. Luana was promoted to the role of Travel & Corporate Card Program Manager where she is now responsible the Travel program as well as the P-Card & Corporate Credit Card programs.
Cathy Miyagi is a Senior Specialist on ACL’s “Data-Driven GRC” team, providing solutions-oriented guidance to finance and risk management professionals for ACL’s wide network of customers. She is responsible for understanding client needs and implementing effective change management methodologies that lead to successful customer adoption of ACL gear. Prior to joining the ACL team, Cathy managed high-profile insolvency cases as part of PwC’s Corporate Advisory and Restructuring practice. She was also a Senior Financial Analyst, providing strategic advice to public sector executives for the British Columbia Liquor Distribution Branch. Cathy is a Canadian Certified Management Accountant (CPA, CMA), a graduate of the Sauder School of Business (Diploma in Accounting) and also holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of British Columbia.
