“For the longest time, there were digital people and there were print people. And I was a print person.
When I was at Time, Inc. in my first digital job, there was a guy who I would have a weekly meeting with and I would literally go through all the notes that I had taken about all this stuff and ask questions. And I found actually over my career, that being unafraid to ask questions is one of the biggest arrows you can have in your quiver. It's a great skill to have and it will serve anybody really well.”
