In January, 2022, FEI, on the recommendation of the leadership of the Committee on Private Companies (CPC), joined more than 50 Industry and trade associations on an advocacy letter to House and Senate leadership expressing opposition to the Build Back Better Act. The letter was organized by the S-Corp Association.
