The Risks of Mergers & Acquisitions: An FEI-Atlanta Panel Discussion

From 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM, the panel will share stories about what did not work in M&A transactions you were involved in, including the lessons learned around transaction changes or business adjustments that resulted. This program is approved for 1.5 CPE credit hours in the field of Business Management Organization.

Take-away lessons for the audience will cover how to prepare and execute mergers or acquisitions, as well as, how to plan for an effective integration, told through stories about:

  • What surprised executives about the merger?
  • What calculated risks were part of the deal decision but turned out poorly?
  • What might companies have done differently?

FEI-Atlanta will host a catered reception immediately after the program (5:30 PM - 7:00 PM) for all guests to network with one another.
