The Risks of Mergers & Acquisitions: An FEI-Atlanta Panel Discussion

From 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM, the panel will share stories about what did not work in M&A transactions you were involved in, including the lessons learned around transaction changes or business adjustments that resulted. Take-away lessons for the audience will cover how to prepare and execute mergers or acquisitions, as well as, how to plan for an effective integration, told through stories about:

  • What surprised executives about the merger?
  • What calculated risks were part of the deal decision but turned out poorly?
  • What might companies have done differently?

FEI-Atlanta will host a catered reception immediately after the program (5:30 PM - 7:00 PM) for all guests to network with one another.
