The COVID-19 pandemic has had and will continue to have material impacts on middle-market business efforts to effect strategic transactions and raise capital.  Please join us on June 26, 2020 for "2020 Transactions Update," a special webinar presented by Oliver Sandlin, Managing Director, and Steve Reesing, Director, Focus Strategies Investment Banking, who will discuss key developments arising from the pandemic that are affecting these markets as well as key considerations to prepare for transactions and capital raises as the economy recovers from the pandemic.
