In this presentation, tailored to financial executives, Geoff will provide attendees with practical insights and learnings from his experience as a former CEO of a publicly traded company, Citizens, Inc. (NYSE:CIA). Drawing upon his extensive experience in successfully turning around Citizens, Inc. and transforming its leadership team and board, Geoff will share his firsthand knowledge, strategies, and lessons learned, which led to significant organizational improvements. His presentation will cover various aspects of leadership, change management, and organizational transformation, and will provide a comprehensive understanding of effective leadership practices and executive decision making in a real-world and high impact business setting.
