Scott is a former educator of 15 years in both elementary and high school as a teacher as well as a school principal in the New York and California areas. He then transitioned into the financial services world to build his own agency through PHP Agency. PHP agency is currently the fastest growing Financial Marketing Organization in the country.

Scott led the east coast expansion of PHP Agency beginning with New York and currently has agents in NY, PA, NJ, Conn, MD, and VA.

Scott has educated hundreds of business owners, CEOs, CFOs, and families on creating their own tax-free banking system and building generational wealth by protecting their assets from market losses and creating a liquidable avenue to access their investments without the typical restrictions of an IRA or 401k.
