This program will provide insight to employers as we discuss employee-related considerations when businesses begin to reopen.  It is critical that employers develop policies and guidelines to keep employees safe, ensure proper contract tracing, understand the laws surrounding disabled and high risk employees, and develop exposure plans in the unfortunate event that an employee develops COVID 19 at the workplace.  It is also important to understand other consideration that will impact your workforce such as expense reimbursement, travel considerations, networking, and client interactions that can and will impact your workforce on a daily basis.  Attorneys from SEAL’s Labor & Employment practice will guide you through practical examples and will focus on what your return-to-work plan should looks like as employees reenter the workplace.

In this webinar you will learn:
  • Why a COVID 19 return to work taskforce is important
  • What return to work guidelines should look like
  • Exposure planning and how it works
  • What to do when an employee refuses to return to work
  • How to manage disability and other high risk employee issues
  • Development of other policies to review during and after the pandemic
