As the FEI year ends this month, I wanted to thank everyone for their participation and contributions to making this a remarkably special year. We have hosted very exciting programming to include a concert from Paul Reed Smith, a fashion update from Christopher Schafer Clothiers, an update on the business of medical marijuana, two very thought-provoking non-profit presentations from Helping Up Mission and Second Chance and we conclude with some fun at the Horseshoe Casino.
I have been fortunate enough to serve as President of the Baltimore Chapter since January of 2016. This has been a very rewarding career opportunity for me and I have formed many great relationships with many leaders whom I greatly respect and admire. I especially want to thank the Baltimore Chapter Board members who have been uber-supportive of the endeavors of the chapter through their donation of time, relationships, energy and effort to provide our members with the very best experiences possible. I especially want to thank Denise Parker for her administrative support from afar and Shahar McSalters who has literally been my right hand over the course of my tenure.
As many of you know, Kevin Ridgely is the incoming President and I am very excited to welcome him into this role. I want to encourage everyone to provide the same support to Kevin that was afforded to me. With Kevin's excellent leadership we will be able to continue the growth of the Baltimore chapter and push the initiatives forward as expressed by our members and enacted by the Board.
I hope everyone has a happy and safe summer. I look forward to seeing everyone at our opening event in September!
