Robert Half Salaried Professionals Service


I wanted to spotlight one of our fastest growing practice areas at Robert Half: our Salaried Professional Service.  We hire experienced accounting and finance professionals onto our staff and make them available to our clients for their project, interim, or temporary needs.  They are permanently employed by Robert Half, available as “loaner staff” for short-term or long-term engagements.  This really is a differentiated service for Robert Half; many firms claim to have similar programs, but we are one of the only companies that pays our consultant’s full salary, regardless of whether they are deployed on a project or on our bench.
 
The program offers several benefits to our clients.  Because we need to ensure our Salaried Professionals are consistently deployable, we only recruit the most qualified, well-rounded, and talented individuals into the program.  We look for consultants with a wide variety of functional skills, who are comfortable tackling complex and ambiguous challenges, and who have had exposure to different industries and ERP systems.  Additionally, because these individuals have chosen to pursue a consulting career with Robert Half, they are fully committed to their engagements, even if timelines are variable and the project scope evolves.
