The Emerging Leader program was created as a bridge between the existing Analyst & Associate Board or A&AB level (from active student through ~5 years in the workplace) and Executive membership*. The program is open to staff level personnel of firms in which there is a current executive member in FEI, with a possible Phase 2 to broaden availability beyond just existing member companies.
To qualify, subscribers must have been in the workplace for less than 5 years, and not hold a position that qualifies for FEI membership, as listed below.
Emerging Leader subscriptions are issued on an individual basis, and subscription applications will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
