Because we need to pre-order our wine and have it sent to Cooper’s Hawk locations for FEI member/sponsor pick-up,

We are excited to have Emily Wines, Master Sommelier, Cooper's Hawk Winery lead this interactive tasting. Emily has selected a flight of three wines for us in a blind tasting! FEI Members will pick up their three "masked" bottles of wine at one of 13 pre-selected Cooper's Hawk locations. Packages, which have been especially created for FEI members, will be pre-ready for pick up with no financial transaction. FEI will pay Cooper's Hawk for your wine. The only cost to members/sponsors is $25, paid at time of registration.
Emily Wines is an internationally qualified sommelier, and one of only 149 individuals in the Americas to earn the designation of Master Sommelier. She is also one of just 15 professionals who have been awarded the prestigious Remi Krug Cup for passing all three sections – theory, service and blind tasting – of the Master Sommelier Diploma Examination on her first attempt.
Emily says…
“One of the skills that sommeliers all over the world use is blind tasting. It is what allows them to define the classic markers in any given wine as well as a method of fairly judging a wine without preconceptions. In this virtual wine class we will learn the deductive tasting method used by Master Sommeliers to discuss and identify three classic wines from Cooper’s Hawk.” Emily will also let us know how to store our open bottles of wine. We end the tasting with a magnum of Cooper’s Hawk wine for one lucky attendee!
