Bob’s consulting experience includes 25 years as a partner at RSM McGladrey, a major international accounting and consulting firm, performing a variety of engagements in such industries as manufacturing, wholesale, distribution, construction, associations, and professional services. He also served in various leadership positions at RSM McGladrey during those years.
Bob also has served on and currently serves on several boards of privately held companies and a major not for profit. His public accounting, consulting and board experience provides a unique perspective when working with clients on executive compensation and recruitment matters.
