George leads the Advanced Analytics practice at RSM. In this role, he advises clients on both strategic and technology issues important to delivering value with data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. He also is a curator of RSM’s technology experience center, helping clients to envision the art of the possible thru digital transformation incorporating technologies such as AI, IoT, augmented reality and digital mobility. Prior to being acquired by RSM, George was the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Technology Officer for Junction Solutions, a B2B technology solution company serving mid-market clients with a focus on life sciences, supply chain and multi-channel retail.  Over his 13 years at Junction Solutions, George had the opportunity to advise multiple clients on strategy, business intelligence and analytics, CRM system design for both B2B and B2C clients, as well as full system implementations of ERP solutions. George has been published in several professional and trade journals and is a frequent seminar speaker.  He is a Microsoft Certified Trainer and has written several manuals for Microsoft on Reporting and Business Analytics.

Trey Kukwa has spent the last 11 years with Victaulic with first 5 years in supply chain and the last 6 years in Finance Planning & Analysis.  During this time Trey has created a Logistics Department in Supply Chain and not a FP&A Department in Finance.  During his time in FP&A, he has changed over a manual budget process to a driver based budgeting system, implemented periodic forecasting and currently working on a predictive analytics process. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Wake Forest and an MBA with a Supply Chain concentration from Lehigh.
