The Armor Group is actively seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee and drive the financial strategy and health of our organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the CFO will play a critical role in managing Armor's accounting and finance departments, ensuring the financial well-being and growth of the company through risk management, strategic planning, and overseeing financial operations.
Your Impact:
- Team Leadership & Development: As a cornerstone of your role, you will build, lead, and manage a team of top-tier accountants and financial professionals. Your ability to understand, prioritize, and delegate tasks effectively within set timelines will ensure that our finance department operates seamlessly, aligning with Armor’s strategic goals.
- Strategic Financial Management: Develop tools and strategies to provide essential financial information, driving the company's financial planning, and making recommendations to enhance business growth and profitability.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee long-term budget planning, cost management, global cash flows, and ensure the completion of accurate financial reports and analyses. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring operational efficiencies and financial health across all departments.
- Risk Management and Compliance: Manage global tax strategies, risk management, corporate audits, and ensure compliance with banking and legal requirements, thereby safeguarding the company's assets and financial future.
What We're Looking For:
- Professional Expertise: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required, with a CPA or CMA strongly preferred. We value candidates who bring 10+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a senior financial management role within a manufacturing environment.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build, manage, and motivate teams. Your strategic thinking and excellent management capabilities will be key to your success.
- Analytical Prowess: Your analytical and abstract reasoning skills, combined with a thorough understanding of financial impacts on operational issues, will be crucial in driving Armor's financial strategy.
