Beau Necco founded the country’s first for-profit foster care and adoption company with two goals in mind: accountability and social impact. Beau shared about how Necco provides therapeutic foster care, adoption, independent living and other counseling services to at-risk youth in four states and how since 1996, the company has facilitated more than 5,000 adoptions and built over 25,000 families.
