Please plan to join us on Wednesday, March 11th for our Panel Discussion Program on M&A led by John M. Jureller.  The distinguished panel members will also include Mr. Marco Caggiano, Managing Director, JP Morgan and Ms. Jennie Friedman, Partner, KPMG.

 

Mr. Jureller is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Frontier Communications and a member of the CT/Westchester FEI Chapter.  He has had a great deal of merger and acquisition experience throughout his career including Frontier Communications' significant AT&T and Verizon property deals during the past two years.  For Mr. Jureller's complete bio, click here.

 

Mr. Caggiano is Managing Director, JP Morgan.  He specializes in the telecom and media sectors and has recently been engaged on the Frontier deals with AT&T and Verizon as well as the proposed Comcast-Time Warner Cable Merger.  To read more, click here.
