Summary:

This session will provide emerging and seasoned professionals with the tools to develop and leverage the skill of inclusive leadership to build effective and high-performing multi-generational teams. Participants will walk away with a call to action to ensure that their organizations are inclusive and well positioned to hire, develop, and promote the next generation of diverse talent and advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

After completing this session, attendees will:

  • Demonstrate an understanding of inclusive leadership skills.
  • Recognize and leverage the benefits of generational diversity in the workplace.
  • Become equipped to support diversity, equity and inclusion efforts on their teams and within their organization.
