Welcome

FEI Detroit
A professional organization for senior financial executives providing unparalleled opportunities for career advancement through networking, knowledge, leadership and advocacy.

Our chapter goal is to be known as the premier financial podium in SE Michigan.  Delivering high-quality speakers and content, growing and retaining members, and ensuring effective succession planning will continue to effectively position the Detroit chapter and our members for success.  Special emphasis this season on the "Rise of Detroit" by providing Financial Executives with dynamic speaker presentations, opportunities for career development, networking, and unique experiences at each of our events.

Dinner Meetings
We will hold eight dinner meetings this year along with two diversity luncheons and two social evenings.  Our dinner meetings will be held at The Detroit Athletic Club and other venues surrounding the metro Detroit area. The evening begins with a top notch CPE career development session at 4:00 PM, followed by a professional development session at 5:00 PM, and networking from 6:00 to 6:45 PM.  Networking with colleagues is one of the key benefits of membership in FEI.  Dinner will start at 6:45 PM and the speaker presentation will begin at 7:30 PM. Follow us on Facebook at FEI Detroit and LinkedIn to keep to date on upcoming events!

Membership
The FEI Detroit chapter has seen continuous membership growth.  Currently, the membership count is 200 members, representing a broad cross-section of Metro Detroit’s financial community.  Bob Solomon and Cindy Whiteman, Co-VPs of Member Services, could use your assistance in growing and retaining members.  If you are interested in volunteering on the membership committee, please reach out to Katie Schanne at 734.945.1363 or detroitfei@gmail.com.
