Acquisition Story: 6 Months Later


Earlier this year, Mood Media, the world's premiere on-premise experientaial technology and media company, and Vibenomics, the leading in-store digital advertising solution provider, merged. Both brands work with retail store operators, with Mood Media focusing on in-store experiences for brands such as CVS, Food Lion, and Lowe's, while Vibenomics offers audio advertising for retailers like Kroger, HyVee and Royal Farms. Together, they’ll look to create a fully integrated on-premise retail media experience. Jenny Quinnette, Senior Vice President | Finance & Operations at Vibenomics will discuss first-hand this aquisition and it's before, during and after.
